Who We Are

Birds And Wires started in quite some time ago in the tiny southeastern metropolis known as Washington, D.C., the administrative capital of the U.S. Empire. Inspired by friendship and a shared past as members of now defunct and, in one case, current punk/hardcore/independent rock bands, the four members of B/&/W began practicing and writing songs together in late 2007.

B/&/W is a vehicle, a means to an end; for making music, sharing and communicating with others.

Members of B/&/W are former and current members of 1905, Midvale, Red Line Index, Aghast, The Black Light Collective and Redencion 9-11.
